Just had this flashback from summer - Alex, you called me to tell me about 90s Are All That, and Dong was in the background mimicking everything I said in a melodramatic, sing-song voice. That made me snicker just now. =D

Re-reading old journal entries from junior year.
Like scenes taken directly from those slightly angsty teenage comedy flicks.
Then again, this was high school. For all the hellish experiences that closed the final chapter of high school, for the most part I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Stalkers, mayhem with the buds, mischief among the lockers, Stealthy Korean's impromptu interjections, DOOWOOL <33, the guys who fought to have a bromance with Kenny (all in good fun), the plays in English (Adam's fake seizure AHAHAH!!), AP US madness.... so much, so much.
There was that guy I just didn't get. Angsty, hostile, cynical. One moment he was seething at me, the next he was mauled by some birthday girl's balloons, and then he lingered by the door so he could engulf me in an unsolicited embrace - one that lasted too long, I might add - before he shoved all the textbooks out of my arms and announced how much he hated my guts and hoped he would never glimpse me again.
And as much as he absolutely terrified and, in some ways, irritated me, I know I'm looking forward to seeing him again - as well as all those who I have grown to be comfortable around.
Yes, yes. Two more semesters to go. (:
