this is not mine, but it's claimed to be true by the poster at this link : asianfanatics.net/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t546834.html
I decided to share my experiences, whether you believe it or not, it's up to you:
I came to america (new york) at age 8, and my family moved into an apartment in chinatown. Supposedly the apartment was empty because the previous habitant had passed away. We do not know how she died and when. lucky enough for us to get an apartment. anyways, we lived there without any strange occurences until I was around 9.
Now I share a room with my sister and our beds are facing the windows (so my head would be facing the wall, and my feet facing the windows if I lie down on my bed). one night, before i went to sleep (i only had one pillow, so if I look northwest of my direction, it would be my bathroom, and at the corner below the bathroom, in the doorway, i saw an extremely dark shadow of a head sticking out on the corner of the door. I thought it was my dad playing some tricks until I called my dad and he was not responding (he and my mom were both asleep). I only saw the extermely dark shadow peer out of the bathroom door for maybe a second before i blinked and it disappeared. I screamed like a little girl and started crying frantically. I think I fainted lol. My parents were consoling me until I eventually fell asleep in their arms. Next couple of weeks, my parents bought one of those long pillows so as to block my view of the bathroom.
It wasn't until maybe months ago when I went to this paranormal website and told them my experiences. Some of you may know unexplained-mysteries ? anyways, they told me it was what is called Shadow People. I won't bother explaining because I do not know for sure myself, although you can go abuot searching for information about them through google. This is somewhat of a long post, therefore I'll stop for now.
To be continued.
Because I was young and had a frigthening experience, it became hard for me to sleep. I would always pop up once ni a while to check whether the 'thing' came back again. I was always unable to sleep sometimes. Eventually, after a few years, I got less and less scared of paranormal things liek this. Though I can't verify that it's a shadow person, i began having more strange occurences. At age 11, I peered out the window of my bedroom and saw three figures outside in the park. The strange thing is that they were not moving, and that they were of blue, red, and green. The biggest figure was blue, and seemed like a male, the green, a female, and the red was the smallest, perhaps a child. Seemed to me as if they were a family. I thought I was hallucinating and went to sleep. My sister the next morning told me they saw the three figures on the side of my bed, same exact description. and my fear rose once again.
There was also another strange incidence where I was asleep, and during this time, my parents did not put shades on the windows. I saw a figure run unnaturally fast across the wnidow (not in my house, but outside of it) . I thought it could be the shadow of the people downstairs walking, but I waited for people to walk by, and saw nothing. I didn't even see cars pass by and this figure was speeding faster than a car would, unless the cars downstairs were travelling 100mph... in local, virtually impossible, and i would hear the engine's (vroom-ing) sounds. I pretended not to think about it, and went to sleep.
When I was in 8th grade, this was a few years after the previous incident, I was playing MapleStory (i know smoe of you haev heard about it), and my sister was sitting next to me. The corner of my eye, I saw a extremely bright blue light still for a second, and once I turned around, it warped upwarsd, as if it was leaving franctically because it 'saw' me. my sister verified this but she said it was right behind me, instead of on the corner of my eye.
I proved to myself that my eyes are not having problems, and that we're seeing the same things.
I will continue to talk about my junior and senior year of high school, where things start getting even more stranger.
BTW, I do not know the history of my apartment and do not want to find out. It is sometmies better to not know, than to know yawn.gif .
Have fun reading.
