what do you do to keep fit/ not lose weight? i usually go to the gym, but since i know most girls don't like excessively beefy men i just stick to kung fu
at least three times a week for these.

I stick to martial arts, too. Luohan Quan. School used to takr up most of my time, so instead of getting up early to practice I'd just lay there and then shower.

Not much really so I'm a bit out of shape Mostly, I get my exercise chasing the children around the house. There's stairs all over where I live, so that helps a bit. I usually walk/run a mile to my grandpa's house at least once a month and will occasionally sprint a ~fourth/fifth of the way. Not much else really.
However, I refrain from snacking. Two winters ago I cut soda, snack foods, and sweet baked goods from my diet. That dropped me from 190 to 145 in about 2 or 3 months.

i've been practicing with nunchucks. knife tricks are pretty appealing too. most of the time i just run.
