have you guys heard about raising the driving age to 18? what are your views on this? are teens really that reckless? or are adults included in the damage too?

I think we are, actually. Repetitive statistics. It isn`t just that either.
But I don`t think drastic changed should be applied. Teenagers need to cultivate a certain sense of independence with the dawn of their license.
Drunk driving, though, should not necessarily sweep up a majority of the teens. This habit should not pertain to solely teenagers.
Drastic changes would instigate rebellion.
