Known for her warm and tender love songs, Taiwanese singer Luo Mei Ling is perhaps one of the few singers who can touch listeners with just her voice alone. Mei Ling is her first album in two years, and she has only gotten better with time. In the past year, she has tried out acting in dramas, musicals, and short films, and the experience has helped her to find a better range of expression in singing as well. First plug "A Different Me" (Track 1) is a beautiful ballad that is used as the opening theme for the drama Rich Color, while the Taiwanese dialect number "Sad Happy Song of Youth" (Track 11) is featured in her short film "A-Man's Love Song". Other songs on this 11-track album include the Bossa Nova number "Oversleep" (Track 2), Mei Ling's first self-composed song "Sister Tao" (Track 9), and her previous hit single "Birthday Revelation" (Track 4).

This release comes with a DVD containing the feature "Mei Ling's Changes Diary".
