Review:
While famous director Tsui Hark has turned Leung Yu Sang's well-known swordplay novel into the movie Seven Swords, the novel is also adapted into a captivating TV series by Hong Kong director Clarence Fok. The series tells a story in a chaotic era between the Ming and the Qing dynasties, during which skillful swordsmen and invincible weapons seem to be the only solution to the country. Seven Swordsmen, with help of their powerful weapons, decides leave their quiet lives with a noble mission... The series features action star Vincent Zhao Wen Zhuo (Once Upon a Time in China V, Fist Power), and also Ray Lui, Ada Choi, and Patrick Tam who are all veteran TV actors and actresses from Hong Kong. Seven Swordsmen now comes with English subtitles!
